With the large-scale advancement of data center and computing center construction, the deployment of high-capacity data center interconnects and Scale Across expansion networks is also accelerating. Communication optical cables in such transport networks are mostly deployed in urban environments, making them susceptible to factors such as urban traffic and construction activities, which can cause abnormal link fluctuations and, in severe cases, even lead to cable breaks and service interruptions. High-end computing services such as AI training impose stringent requirements on the reliability and latency stability of Scale Across interconnect links, creating a rigid demand for highly stable transport networks. Distributed acoustic sensing technology, with its ultra-high spatial resolution and vibration sensitivity, enables real-time monitoring of optical cables, provides early awareness of external forces affecting the cables, accurately locates hidden hazards and fault points, and offers strong assurance for the stable operation of transport networks.
Accelink will officially launch the world's first miniaturized, pluggable CFP2 form-factor fully self-developed DAS (Distributed Acoustic Sensing) module product at CIOE 2026. The product features a low-power, high-integration design and, paired with a self-developed data acquisition board, can quickly adapt to existing equipment room devices and rack architectures, offering strong compatibility and convenient deployment.

For the practical deployment of computing networks, integrated communication and sensing solutions demonstrate broad industrial application value: in large-scale data center interconnect scenarios, they can measure optical cable latency in real time, monitor abnormal disturbances on DCI optical cable lines, and effectively mitigate the risk of computing service interruptions; in carrier metro networks, they empower intelligent operation and maintenance of optical cable trunk lines, reducing fault localization time; in industry private networks for power, rail transit, oil and gas, and other sectors, a single optical fiber infrastructure simultaneously carries service communications and infrastructure safety monitoring, significantly reducing construction and operation costs, and achieving one network for multiple uses and multi-service co-fiber carrying.
During the exhibition, Accelink will simultaneously set up an 800G L band OSFP ZR module transmission link and, combined with the CFP2 DAS sensing system demonstration environment, intuitively showcase the simultaneous operation of high-speed service transmission and real-time link sensing.
